Coach Joshua

Joshua McCray is the co-founder and head coach at 1 Billion Smiles, who's
been immersed in the mind-body space since age 15 and has been helping others create lasting transformation for over 25 years.

With a rare blend of emotional intelligence, real-world experience, and a deep understanding of how both the mind and body contribute to imbalance, Joshua brings a grounded and powerful approach to healing, growth, and wholeness.

His personal story — shaped by his own journey through deep suffering and profound freedom — gives him a unique ability to guide others back to their most vibrant, peaceful, and aligned self. Now due to his new found joy, he decided to see if he can take up the ambitions challenge of helping 1 billion people find that same unconditional joy, and at the very least, smile more!

Coach Sudie

Sudie Crouch is a dedicated and compassionate board-certified health and wellness coach with six years of experience in telehealth coaching. She is also a certified life coach and has a Master's in Psychology. She has worked with diverse populations to support behavior change, chronic disease prevention, and overall well-being. 

Using a holistic person-centered approach, Sudie has helped clients set realistic goals, develop healthy habits, and overcome barriers to success.

Sudie’s expertise spans weight management, nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and chronic disease prevention and she believes making small, consistent changes lead to long-term sustainable results.

Coach Chunhua

With a strong foundation in biology, biochemistry, and protein science, Chunhua Wang brings a unique, science-informed perspective to health and wellness coaching. She has spent years guiding individuals toward sustainable habits in nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and mindset.

Chunhua’s coaching style is both evidence-based and deeply compassionate. She believes that lasting transformation happens when daily actions align with personal values and meaningful goals. Chunhua’s expertise lies in helping clients manage chronic health conditions, enhance mental well-being, and feel their best through a holistic, mind-body wellness approach. Through supportive partnership, she helps clients define what it means to truly thrive—and builds a personalized roadmap to get there.
